COMPANY PROFILE

Trans Ocean Gas is headquartered in St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada. It provides a unique and cost effective solution to transporting bulk natural gas by road, rail and sea. The same cost effective solution can be used to transport hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and other gases. Its patented technology provides viable development options to transporting currently stranded natural gas to market. The same solution can also be used to safely transport natural gas where it is currently not available.

Trans Ocean Gas is supported by major industry leaders for the supply of carbon fiber, glass fiber, epoxy resins and curing agents. It is also supported by large entities for the supply of liner components, engineering and gas processing.

Key-milestones to commercialize Trans Ocean Gas technology and intellectual property have been achieved. The Trans Ocean Gas MEGC using existing and already certified pressure vessels is currently undergoing final certification testing. Commercial production is scheduled to commence by the 4th quarter 2010.


The Management Team:

Steven Campbell - President & CEO
TOG Inc was founded by Mr. Steven Campbell, P.Eng. Mr. Campbell has an extensive background in natural gas and pressure vessel technology. Mr. Campbell was a Supervisor in the construction of the Hibernia Project and was the sole hydro-test/mechanical completion engineer for the hook-up of the Terra Nova Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel.

Denes E. Bajzak - Vice President of Operations & Business Development
Mr. Bajzak (B. Comm. (Hon.), LLB) has an extensive background (20 years) in the oil and gas industry, specializing in international commercial transactions. Mr. Bajzak was General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for the Hibernia Management and Development Company Ltd. (a petroleum development and operating company) based in St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada. In 2003, he moved to the Middle East to join Qatar Petroleum as its Senior Counsel (Projects) based in Doha in the State of Qatar. In 2007, he took the position of Legal Manager / Head of Legal Dept. of United Development Company P.S.C., a publicly listed development and venture capital company in Qatar. Mr. Bajzak returned to Canada in 2009 and joined TOG Inc in 2010.

Desmond McGrath - Vice President of Technical Sales & Systems Integration
Mr. McGrath is a petroleum engineer with extensive contacts and 35 years experience in the oil and gas industry as well as other industries. He holds a B.Sc. (Hon.) in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech as well as Diplomas in Petroleum Technology from The Newfoundland College of Trades & Technology and in Instrumentation Technology from the Institute of Fisheries, Marine Engineering & Electronics. He has held important positions such at Lead Instrumentation, Hydraulics and Valve Engineer for the Hibernia Gravity Base Structure (GBS) from 1991 to 1998. He has been a technical advisor to both the Terra Nova and White Rose projects as well as an active participant in R&D projects in Western Canada, the United States and the European Union (through EURAM). Mr McGrath has been a technical advisor to Trans Ocean Gas Inc since its inception.
